The draynalaw.com website (the Site) is owned and operated by Paul Stephen Drayna, PLLC, a Washington professional limited liability company (the Firm). By accessing and using the Site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. This Agreement disclaims warranties and liability. Read these provisions carefully.

Use of this Site, or submitting a contact/consultation request through this Site, shall not create an attorney-client relationship between the Site user and any attorney associated with the Firm. Users are warned that they should not disclose any confidential information about any legal matter to the Firm until a formal engagement letter has been signed, as the Firm may already represent other parties involved in the matter. The Firm’s attorneys are licensed to practice in the State of Washington only.

We intend that the information contained in or displayed through the Site will be accurate and reliable; however, errors sometimes occur. Claims of Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from this Site infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access to them) from the Site by submitting written notification to our copyright agent designated below. If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your DMCA Notice may not be effective. Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Site is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to our copyright agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, a valid counter notification must include substantially the following

A signed statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the Site may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the person (or agent of that person) who provided the Site with the DMCA Notice at issue.

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your counter notification. Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate a repeat infringer’s account or other similar ability to use the Site.

Privacy

Analytics: We use analytics tools and other third party technologies, such as Google Analytics, to collect non-personal information in the form of various usage and user metrics when you use our Sites and/or Services. Disclosure of Information: The Firm does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease personal information collected on our website to any third party. However, information must be released in response to subpoenas or other court orders, and may be released to law enforcement agencies in connection with criminal investigations.

Enforcement: If for any reason you believe that the Firm has not adhered to these privacy principles, please notify us by e-mail at privacy@draynalaw.com, and we will endeavor to review and correct the problem promptly. Please use the words "Privacy Policy" in the Subject line. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to any authority regarding choice of laws, and venue for any actions arising from or related to this Privacy Policy of the Site shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seattle, King County, State of Washington, USA.

External Links: The Site may provide links to various websites that the Firm does not control. When you click on one of these links, you will be transferred out of our website and connected to the website of the organization or company that you selected. Even if an affiliation exists between our Site and a third party website, we exercise no control over linked sites. Children: Our site is not intended to be used by or solicit information of any kind from children under the age of 13. It is possible that due to fraud or deception by others, we may unknowingly receive information pertaining to children under 13.
